In 2011 we had a grand total of $99.00 donated from the "donate" buttons on this website.
The insurance was donated by one of the Church Bodies that met and voted to support this ministry by paying for the Insurance.
In 2012 it looks like things will change with the giving away of the Motorcycle to one of the people who donate. The whole idea is to raise funds to actually give love offerings and to pay for the needed items required every year.
I want with all my heart to be able to give some money to the sound companies and people who work so hard. After all it cost them money just to come and minister. they have to purchase equipment, pay for gas just to be at the Gathering.
I pray that is year using the Motorcycle, we can finely raise funds to give to all that are ministering at The Gathering of HIS body.
As soon as the tickets are printed, I am sending tickets to those three people who donated the $99.00 in 2011. (they gave paypal $110.00 but after Paypal kept their 10% we received what was left, the $99.00)
Items we will be paying for for this up coming event:
Three stage tents ($380 each)
four porta-potty rental (430.)
Advertisement (the highest cost of everything)
Printing posters & other items
Food
Staff Shirts
Equipment rental
Insurance (already paid for for 2012)
Programs (could not afford them in 2011, the money just was not there.)
and many other needed required items and things
