Across the street from the Post office, you will see a big sign in front of the driveway that shows "True Value." That is the driveway entrance to the City Mall (Riverfront Center) parking complex. Turn right into the driveway and go to the top of the parking structure to park. The entrance to the park IS THE FOOT BRIDGE, and it is in the furthest South East corner.
FREE parking in the (Riverfront Center) parking complex. you walk across the foot bridge. There is an elevator if you need one at the Park.
